Refund and Returns Policy
WISDSTA RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: December 3, 2025
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the process for returning products purchased from Wisdsta (“Wisdsta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via our website, https://www.wisdsta.com. By making a purchase from Wisdsta, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy. This Policy is designed to be strictly compliant, defensive, and protective of Wisdsta’s business interests.
SECTION 1 – RETURN WINDOW
Customers may initiate a return for eligible items within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns initiated or received outside of this 15-day window will be rejected and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense, or disposed of without a refund.
SECTION 2 – RETURN CONDITIONS (STRICT)
All returned items are subject to stringent inspection. To be eligible for a return, items MUST meet ALL of the following conditions:
2.1 General Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition.
- Items must be free from any odors, including but not limited to perfume, smoke, body odor, or pet odors.
- All original tags, labels, and protective hygiene stickers (where applicable) must be attached and intact.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including polybags, dust bags, and any accessories.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Clause)
For reasons of health and hygiene, the following items are STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, unless they are demonstrably defective upon receipt and reported within the specified timeframe (see Section 8):
- SWIMWEAR
- BODYSUITS
- LINGERIE
- EARRINGS
2.3 Digital Products
Wisdsta does not sell digital products. Therefore, this Policy does not apply to digital goods.
SECTION 3 – HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, customers must follow the precise steps outlined below:
3.1 Contact Customer Support
- Send an email to our dedicated support team at wisdsta@sreah.com.
- In your email, include your order number, the specific item(s) you wish to return, and a clear reason for the return.
3.2 Await Authorization
- Do NOT send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the designated return address.
3.3 Package and Ship
- Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
- Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package according to the instructions provided by our support team.
SECTION 4 – RETURN SHIPPING
4.1 Shipping Costs
- For returns based on customer remorse (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), the CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
- In the event of a verified defective or incorrect item (as determined by Wisdsta), Wisdsta will provide instructions for return shipping or cover the return shipping costs.
4.2 Trackable Shipping Requirement
- All returns MUST be shipped using a trackable shipping service. Customers are advised to retain proof of postage and tracking information.
- WISDSTA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED RETURN SHIPMENTS. FAILURE TO USE A TRACKABLE SERVICE MAY RESULT IN THE DENIAL OF YOUR REFUND IF THE ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED.
SECTION 5 – REFUNDS
5.1 Processing Time
- Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by Wisdsta, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval.
5.2 Method of Refund
- Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- NO RESTOCKING FEE will be applied to eligible returns.
5.3 Denied Refunds
- If a returned item does not meet the strict return conditions outlined in Section 2, the refund will be denied. The item will either be returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of without a refund.
SECTION 6 – EXCHANGES
Wisdsta does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item in accordance with this Policy to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest and most accurate processing of your request.
SECTION 7 – INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & CUSTOMS
7.1 Customer Responsibility
- For international returns, the customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with the return shipment.
- Customers must clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” on customs declarations to avoid additional charges.
7.2 Rejected Packages Due to Unpaid Duties
- CRITICAL CLAUSE: IF AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE IS REJECTED BY THE RECIPIENT OR RETURNED TO WISDSTA DUE TO UNPAID CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, OR FEES, THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST PAID BY WISDSTA AND ANY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS INCURRED BY WISDSTA WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND. ANY REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
SECTION 8 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
8.1 Reporting Window
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, you MUST report the issue to Wisdsta within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Reports made outside this window may not be honored.
8.2 Required Evidence
- To report a damaged or defective item, please contact wisdsta@sreah.com and provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect or damage, and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
8.3 Resolution
- Upon verification of the defect or damage by Wisdsta, we will provide instructions for returning the item, or offer a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion. Wisdsta will cover the return shipping costs for verified damaged or defective items.
