Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.

Most items sold on www.wisdsta.com may be returned, with some exceptions (see Non-Returnable Items below), within 30 days after the date of purchase if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove sections of these Terms, at any time, in our sole discretion. You are responsible for checking these Terms for any changes whenever you use the Services. When changes are made, we will make a new copy of these Terms available on the Services, and we will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms. We may also require you to provide consent to the updated Terms in a specified manner before further use of the Services (or certain functionality thereof) is permitted. By continuing to use or access any of the Services or otherwise engaging with Wisdsta after the posting of changes, you accept and agree to any such changes. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGE(S), YOU SHALL STOP USING THE SERVICES.

All product returns must be:

Unaltered in the original product packaging (for example: on original strand).

Accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

With their original Wisdsta label and packaging.

Defective Products

We accept returns on website purchases within 30 days after delivery. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement, we also will be responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping cost (from China to customer's country). The customer is liable to confirm with Wisdsta service team for a advisable shipping method. 

Non-defective Products

Products that are not defective can be returned for refund or replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 7 days from the arrival date of shipment. The customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused.

Product in Large Quantities

In the event that you return a large quantity of items for which you have received assort-able or quantity discount pricing, we reserve the right to recalculate your order total based on the actual items you kept. We are unable to accept returns of goods without original packing.

Return Requirements for Return-Eligible Items

All Clothing Items, Including Wedding Dresses, Suits, and other Formal Attire:

Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.

Human Hair Wigs:

Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached. Specifically, items will be inspected for evidence of washing, bleaching, cutting, or other alteration or damage.

Shoes, Bags & Luggage:

Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original branded boxes and all accessories (e.g., shoe-buckles, shoelaces, and dust bags). Shoes must have been tried only on a soft, clean surface.

Furniture:

Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition, and in the original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and parts included).

Electronics:

Cell phones, laptops, tablets, projectors, 3D printers, earphones, smart watches, gaming consoles (such as PlayStation and Switch consoles), and other electronics must be returned in new, unused, inactivated condition, in their original packaging.

If these items arrived to you damaged, or did not start upon arrival, or malfunctioned within 30 days after the date of purchase, not due to your misuse or other action, please contact us immediately and return the item, postmarked within 30 days after the date of purchase, in its original packaging and with all manuals and parts included. We will inspect and test it upon arrival at our warehouse. If our testing determines that the product was damaged, did not start, or malfunctioned, through customer misuse, tampering or other customer action, or if the returned product is missing parts, manuals, or the original packaging, then the return will be rejected. If you need to claim a manufacturer’s warranty, we can help you contact the manufacturer.

Note: If you have saved any personal information on an electronics item that you intend to return, first erase this information completely by following manufacturer instructions before returning the items to us.

All Other Categories:

Items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed, condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, customized products and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page.

Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return your Items 

1. When a return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return- eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.

2. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-return item, instead of sending it back to you.

3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Wisdsta Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

 

Due to the international service we provided, customers from different countries are required to ship returns to different warehouses. To ensure your online return is processed in a timely fashion, please contact Wisdsta customer service department for a Return Authorization & designated warehouse. All products returned to Wisdsta must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach Wisdsta without damage and please note that the parcel is for "return products". 

Return Tips:

1). Please contact customer service at  wisdsta@sreah.com to get the "return form", fill out all the information and send it along with the return items, Otherwise your return will not be processed and you will not get your refund.

2). Wrap the package carefully. All return items must be in their original condition and packaging. Don’t pack different items together in one bag.

3) . Declare the package as “Return Goods”, which will help you avoid customs fee.

4) . Please use local mail post to arrange the return.

5) . Please arrange the return of the package and offer us the tracking number and tracking website with 3 days after get the Return Authorization & designated warehouse from our customer service.

Refund Method

You will receive a credit in the same form as your original payment: credit card, check, PayPal refund or a credit to your Wisdsta account. If we are unable to process a credit to your credit card (expired, invalid or closed accounts), we will provide you with a credit to your account to be used on future purchases.

Refund Amount

Products in original, pristine condition is returnable for a full refund of the purchase price in the form of your original payment method.

Exchanges

Product exchanges can be accepted on www.wisdsta.com. The same product exchange will be priced at the same discount as the original order, and all other items will be priced as a new order. Order over-payments will be refunded to you.

Why is the received amount less than the refund amount?

1. The bank charges a commission fee.

2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.

If you receive less than the original amount, you may contact your bank to check the above scenarios.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
